Payment

Payments are currently processed via Paypal.

When using Paypal you will be given the option to either log into a Paypal account or pay using a credit/debit card, without needing to log in during the checkout process.

Delivery
Paper-based prints will be delivered rolled in a secure postal tube or in hardback envelopes, framed canvas prints and perspex prints will be boxed and packaged securely. Please allow up to 12 working days from the time of placing your order for delivery. For commissions and personalised portraits please allow the additional specified time before dispatch.

Delivery is a flat fee based on the item type and quantity, calculated during checkout.

Europe delivery costs: 

Rolled and small prints - £12.90

Canvas and framed prints - £18.90

USA and Australia delivery costs: 

Rolled and small prints - £12.90

Canvas and framed prints - £18.90

Perspex and large items - £45.00

 

New Zealand delivery costs: 

Rolled and small prints - £12.90

Canvas and framed prints - £38.90

Perspex and large items - £60.00

 

Asia delivery costs: 

Rolled and small prints - £15.00

Canvas and framed prints - £38.90

Perspex and large items - £60.00

 

International delivery costs: 

Rolled and small prints - £15.00

If you are experiencing a significant delay in the arrival of an artwork, it is vital that you get in touch with us within 14 days of the estimated time of arrival.

Returns 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to issue you with a refund of the value of the item(s), given the item(s) are returned.


Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, for items in their original packaging, however, we are unable to refund the shipping cost. Please take care when unpacking your deliveries.

Currently, we do not pay for return postage unless it is a fault caused at our end, if this is the case we require a receipt of the postal service you use to ship the item(s) back to us.

 For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so we can learn more about what went wrong with the particular shipment.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable postal service.

If you wish to return an item please send us details of your order and a short reason for returning the item at returns@keena.co.uk. We aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
